It took six years, but Allen finally found a script good enough to get him back in that uncomfortable Santa suit. He rejected script after script until a writer came up with a plot about Allen mysteriously losing weight just before Christmas. Santa Clause 2 is due out in time for Christmas. Yeah, I'm sure the stinker Joe Somebody had nothing to do with it.

Nicole Kidman wanted The Others for the others. She tells Newsweek magazine that she wanted out of the movie that may bring her an Oscar. The former Mrs. Cruise said anxiety over doing the role caused her to hope they would go with Julianne Moore instead. Think she'll mention that in her acceptance speech? Oh wait a minute, Sissy Spacek is going to win, that's right.

Finally, Britney Spears hates her feet and her nose. Feel better?
