Three people have been injured in a suicide car bombing on the increasingly dangerous Iraqi road to Baghdad's (search) airport.
Iraqi officials say the attacker hit two SUV's flipping one vehicle on its side and injuring three civilians.
U.S. troops sealed off the area and two helicopters evacuated the casualties.
The explosion occurred on the same spot in central Baghdad where a suicide bomber rammed into a U.S. military convoy yesterday. Several soldiers were injured in that blast.
Insurgents frequently target the highway linking the Baghdad to the city's international airport as multinational troops use it every day.
