Rescue crews found three bodies Monday in the charred remains of a suburban house where a small airplane crashed a day earlier, a city spokesman said.
Two people aboard the single-engine plane were reported killed Sunday when it hit the house, sparking a fire that gutted the home. Witnesses said the pilot had been doing acrobatic stunts over the area just northeast of Sacramento.
A 19-year-old man who lived in the two-story house had not been located by Monday.
William Boyer, a spokesman for the city of Roseville, could not confirm the identities of the victims or say whether the third body was that of the missing man. Autopsies were planned.
