The creepy wacko stalking Halle Berry (search) has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

A Santa Monica judge told Greg Broussard, 35, he'll face immediate arrest and prosecution if he tries to approach the Oscar-winning star.

He must also stay away from her publicist, Karen Samfilippo, and her manager, Vincent Cirrincione.

It's the latest mess for Berry, 37, whose new flick, "Catwoman," (search) opens July 23.

Last week, her estranged hubby, Eric Benet (search), challenged their prenuptial agreement and demanded she pay his legal bills and spousal support.

Berry claims Broussard, a former Navy SEAL from Louisiana, has been barraging her with phone calls and faxes in a desperate bid to become her lover.

"[He] has imagined a relationship with me wherein he and I are engaged to be married and that my manager and publicist are preventing him from being with me," the actress revealed in court papers.

"I do not know Mr. Broussard and do not wish to have any contact with him. The threats he has relayed make me fear for my own safety, as well as those who represent me."

Berry, 37, also said the stalker "incorrectly believes" her manager is her father.
