Spice Girls' Tour Bus Driver Helps Nab Suspect in Drunk Carjacking

A call to authorities from the driver of a Spice Girls' tour bus about a possible drunken driver led to the arrest of a suspect carjacker.

The bus was heading south on the Interstate 75 highway in Michigan on Saturday night when the driver notice a man weaving in and out of traffic and called emergency dispatchers, the Flint Journal reported.

Police in suburban Detroit later arrested the suspected drunken driver in connection with a carjacking at a gas station. Authorities say he also had been stopped earlier in the day on suspicion of shoplifting.

The Spice Girls were in the Detroit area to perform at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
