Authorities say a second suspect was arrested in the killing of a blind man who had six life insurance policies worth up to $1 million.
Baltimore police chief spokesman Anthony Guglielmi says 31-year-old James Omar Clea of Baltimore was arrested at 3 p.m. Saturday at a hotel in Orangeburg, S.C.
He says Clea, a pastor, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Lemuel Wallace's death and is awaiting extradition.
Wallace was found with gunshot wounds to the head and back on Feb. 4 in a Leakin Park bathroom.
Kevin Pushia has been charged with assault and murder in Wallace's death.
Police say Pushia had taken out the life insurance policies on Wallace. Pushia was an ARC of Baltimore volunteer responsible for caring for Wallace.
