Japan's Defense Agency plans to develop a new anti-aircraft, anti-ship missile, a newspaper reported Monday
The Defense Agency will begin three years of research starting in 2007 to develop the new missile, which will use a passive radio-wave system to find detect its targets, Japan's Nihon Keizai business daily said.
