LOS ANGELES – Lindsay Lohan may have romped in and out of rehab (twice), but it seems like the party princess still may be having "problems."
Linds has been spotted boogying at various Hollywood hotspots and high-profile parties since she returned from a three-month stint at Cirque Lodge in Utah, but according to insiders, it is the secret soirees where Linds really lets loose.
"Lindsay has been going to quite a few private house parties in the Hollywood Hills," an insider told Pop Tarts. "I guess this is easier for her as she can get back into those bad habits and it stays a little more under the radar. But at this point I really do feel sorry for her."
Our source also said that even the hardest of Hollywood partiers are still "shocked" by Lohan's behavior.
"She has a long way to go to get over her issues," the source added.
Meanwhile, rumors have been running rampant that Lohan (along with the Olsen twins) is considering a spread for men’s mag Playboy to follow the attention stirred by her naked Marilyn Monroe shoot last month.
A spokeswoman for Hugh Hefner’s provocative publication told Tarts that it is "news to them" that offers already were made to the Hollywood hotties, but…
"If they are in any way interested in posing we would love to talk to them," the rep said.

Kurkova already is cementing her status as one of the more super of the supermodels as she has signed on for a cameo appearance in Sienna Miller's big-budget flick "G.I. Joe" in the (surprise) role of cover girl.
