Delaware authorities hope releasing video and appealing to media nationwide will help them identify a young girl found locked in a gas station bathroom.

Authorities have received dozens of tips but are still looking for the girl's name and her family. The child, believed to be about 2 years old, was discovered in Newark on Sunday by a stranger who heard her crying.

Division of Family Services spokesman Joseph Smack said the girl is now with a foster family. He says the girl has spoken, but not enough to identify herself.

Newark police released two video clips late Tuesday of the girl playing with toys after her rescue.

Police say the gas station's video surveillance system was not working.

Smack say they've received calls from all over the country from people who wanted to adopt the girl.
