More charges have been filed against four Alabama fugitives captured a week ago after a standoff in southwestern North Dakota.

Joshua Southwick, Ashton Mink, his sister Angela Mink and wife Jacquelin Mink all are charged with criminal conspiracy to commit murder. They were charged earlier with conspiracy to commit robbery, for allegedly robbing a movie store in Dickinson.

The criminal complaint alleges that the group shot at a Highway Patrol trooper during a chase that happened before the 15-hour standoff at a farmstead near Gladstone on June 6, and that the bullet hit the trooper's windshield.

Authorities say Southwick and Ashton Mink escaped from an Alabama prison in May. Angela and Jacquelin Mink allegedly helped them.
