Most music teachers rely on sweet sounds to pull in young ears but a Kansas City public school instructor was pulled from the classroom for using more forceful measures, MyFOXKansasCity.com reported.

Connie Oberg, 42, allegedly assaulted her students during two incidents, including twisting the ears of two pupils, even dragging one out of the classroom by the lobes, police told MyFOXKansasCity.com

Oberg allegedly suffered an apparent emotional breakdown while teaching a kindergarten class and started throwing chairs, even hitting a few students.

Later the same day, she allegedly became abusive while instructing a seventh-grader when she misidentified a boy as "Jesus" whose real name was Juan, reported MyFOXKansasCity.com

"Don't you correct me," she yelled at the boy, police said.

Oberg is accused of abusing a 14-year-old boy and is scheduled to appear in municipal court on May 19. She was released on a signature bond.
