Murder Charges Pending Against Washington Soldier Accused of Killing 2
TACOMA, Wash. – Prosecutors say they will file charges Wednesday against a Fort Lewis soldier accused of killing two married soldiers at their home in Parkland.
The 22-year-old suspect, Ivette Gonzalez Davila of Bakersfield, Calif., is scheduled to appear in Pierce County Superior Court at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Tacoma.
Davila is accused of shooting 25-year-old Timothy Miller and his wife, 27-year-old Randi Miller on Saturday night at their home. Both were medics.

Investigators also say Davila, an Army chemical specialist, poured muriatic acid on the bodies. Davila also is accused of taking the dead couple's baby girl. She was turned over to Child Protective Services on Sunday after Davila was arrested.
Randi Miller's father lives in Laconia, N.H. Timothy Miller's family lives in Gardnerville, Nev.
