A Butte man faces multiple charges after authorities found a 6-month-old baby sitting on drugs in a Butte home.
The Department of Family Services, accompanied by police, entered the home in Butte public housing, searching for evidence of drug use around children.
No drugs were found until a Family Services worker lifted a baby off the couch and found a bag underneath containing meth residue and paraphernalia.
Trent Doyle was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal child endangerment and a parole violation.
The Department of Family Services removed three children from the home.
