Florida Gov. Jeb Bush orders state lawyers to seek the appointment of a guardian for the 6-month-old fetus (search) of a mentally disabled woman who was raped.

The move has angered abortion rights advocates, claiming that this could be a big step in overturning Roe v. Wade.
