Israel carried out more airstrikes in the Gaza Strip early Monday.

The military said its fighter jets struck an unoccupied building near the eastern Gaza town of Khan Younis along with seven roads, most in northern Gaza.

No casualties were immediately reported.

Last week Israel declared six square miles of northern Gaza off limits to Palestinians.
