Police in Kissimmee, Fla., are on the prowl for two men who stole more than $2,000 worth of gas by rigging the pump and then boldly charged other customers to use it.

The culprits stole more than 554 gallons of gas on April 21 from a Citgo station by tinkering with a meter that keeps track of the amount of gas pumped, My FOX Orlando reported.

The men can be seen at the pump for almost four hours on a surveillance video released Thursday, according to My FOX Orlando. Several cars pulled up to get gas during that time, and Kissimmee police believe the thieves were charging them to use the faulty pump.

The stolen gas amounted to more than $2,000

Anyone with any information should call the Kissimmee Police Department's Property Crimes Division at (407) 846-3333.
