A court hearing for actor Macaulay Culkin (search) on two misdemeanor drug counts has been reset for June 8. A hearing had been scheduled for Wednesday, but a court spokeswoman said the prosecution and the defense agreed to the delay.

Culkin, star of the movie, "Home Alone," (search ) was arrested Sept. 17 after police stopped a car in which he was a passenger. Officers found over a half ounce of marijuana and several tablets of Xanax, a prescription medication used to treat depression and panic disorders, court records show. Culkin didn't have a prescription, authorities said.

Oklahoma County (search ) prosecutors charged him with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of the prescription drug.

Culkin has pleaded innocent to the charges and is free on $4,000 bail.
