A former Marine says two of his buddies at California's Camp Pendleton confessed to killing their boss and his wife during a home-invasion robbery.
Justin Weissinger testified Wednesday at a preliminary hearing to determine whether four Marines should stand trial in the October slayings of Sgt. Jan Pietrzak and his wife, Quiana.
Weissinger, who isn't charged, testified that he worked with Tyrone Miller and Emrys John at Camp Pendleton.
He said Miller acknowledged ordering the murders and John said he shot the couple. Weissinger said the men also confessed they sexually assaulted the woman.
Miller, John and two others have pleaded not guilty to murder, robbery, rape and burglary. They could face the death penalty if convicted.
