ORLANDO – A Florida teacher faces charges she developed a sexual relationship with one of her male students, according to a report by MyFOXOrlando.com
Sarah Elizabeth Joel was arrested Friday afternoon by Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives and charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious battery after a police investigation revealed Joel was allegedly having sex with the boy.

The arrest affidavit says the boy was last year in the eighth grade at Narcoosee School, where Joel teaches.
The student now attends Harmony High School. It was at the high school that one of his teachers found out about the alleged affair and tipped police.
