The father of most of the seven children removed from a filthy Texas home where dirty diapers were stacked in closets has pleaded guilty to multiple charges.

Anthony Moya accepted a plea agreement Wednesday, pleading guilty to child injury and endangerment charges. He was sentenced to eight years.

Conditions in the home in 2007 also included trash covering most of the floors and roach and rodent infestations.

Earlier this month, a jury convicted Moya's common-law wife, Gloria Ramirez. She was sentenced to 10 years.

Police went to the couple's home after Moya asked a funeral home a casket for a stillborn infant. The fetus had been placed in a baby wipe box and stored in a refrigerator.
