Authorities issued an arrest warrant for Cox on kidnapping charges, The Denver Post reported Friday. Police say the two were spotted in the Denver metro area around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Cox is believed to be driving a four-door 1993 Ford Taurus with the Colorado license plate FFL-972. He is described as white, with brown hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds, with tattoos on his neck and abdomen.

Kilgore is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 180 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde or light-brown hair.

Cox reportedly has an extensive criminal history — 41 charges in Colorado since 1986 — which includes kidnapping and sexual assault.
