Authorities say a western Pennsylvania woman allowed nearly 60 dogs to become sick and at least two dozen die in poor conditions.
Washington County Humane Society police say decomposing dogs were found stuffed in garbage cans and cages in the Centerville Township home on Tuesday. Bones were found in burn pile behind the house.

Animal officers had gotten a tip that the woman was running an illegal kennel and keeping the dogs in poor living conditions.
Authorities say the woman will be charged with animal cruelty.
