Costa Rican President Has H1N1, Quarantined to Home

Costa Rican President Oscar Arias says he has H1N1 and has been quarantined at home with a fever and sore throat.

In a statement, the 69-year-old president and Nobel Peace Prize winner said Tuesday that he is being treated with the anti-flu medicine oseltamivir.

The statement says Arias suffers from asthma and is at higher risk than most.
