A 28-year-old woman from London has broken a world record by contorting her body into a grueling pose known as the “Marinelli bend” — and using her mouth to support her body weight for 33 seconds, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Iona Luvsandorj, a contortionist who performs all over the world, said the pose is “not painful.”

“Do not try this at home,” Luvsandorj said.
The Marinelli pose is an overturned backbend. The entire body is supported by the mouth by holding onto a small post between the gums.
