Then, the debate on torture and how much is too much when interrogating terror suspects is fueled by the revelation that the CIA in 2005 destroyed two tapes of suspects being interrogated. The Justice Department and CIA have immediately announced investigations into the matter and both Intelligence Committees in the House and Senate have grilled CIA Director Michael Hayden. We'll speak with two influential members from the House Intelligence Committee Congressman Pete Hoekstra and Congresswoman Jane Harman about how far is too far when extracting information from the enemy.
