GENESEO, N.Y. – It was trick or toke — not trick or treat — at a college student's western New York apartment on Halloween.
SUNY-Geneseo student Joshua Balduf at first told a group of four teenage trick-or-treaters that he had no candy to hand out, according to police in the Livingston County village of Geneseo . When the teens returned an hour later, the 22-year-old senior allegedly invited them in, gave them some marijuana and smoked it with them.
The father of one of the teens alerted police, who charged Balduf along with his two roommates. Balduf is charged with criminal sale of marijuana, unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
The roommates, also students at Geneseo, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
