Philadelphia police are looking for a 9-year-old girl who was pushed into a river and doesn't know how to swim.
Police Lt. John Walker says the girl was playing with some boys and girls by the Schuylkill River on Tuesday night. Walker says around 8 p.m. one of the boys pushed the girl into the water as a joke. He says she panicked and was carried away in the water.
Walker says the swift current of the river during Tuesday night's rainstorm would have made it impossible for the girl to swim in it.
