Bonnie Fuller, editor of Star magazine, is making star money. Fuller, who oversees the glossy celebrity weekly and other magazines as executive vice president and editorial director of American Media, has renewed her contract for three years, according to a document filed Tuesday to the Securities and Exchange Commission by the publishing company.
She will be getting the same base pay she does now — $1.5 million per year, she confirmed to The New York Times — but don't feel bad for her. There are sizable bonuses to be had.

According to the filing, she will earn at least $500,000 a year in bonus money, with a "target bonus" of $1 million, which she could "exceed" by reaching certain contractual incentives.
Her previous contract awarded her a bonus of $275,000 per year, the Times reported.
Fuller, a 49-year-old mother of four, is known for Star's flashy covers and less-than-flattering photos of celebrities. Prior magazine editing stops include Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Us Weekly.
