PELHAM, Ga – Authorities in Mitchell County, Georgia, are looking for a man who held up a preacher at his church.
Pastor J. Colburn Hobbes was robbed at gunpoint at Lighthouse Community Church near Pelham around 5:30 p.m. Friday.
The man approached Hobbes as he left the building after preparing for Sunday's service. The man took Hobbes' money and sped off. Hobbes was not injured.
Just over a month ago, armed robbers held up three deacons leaving a church in Camilla.
