BOSTON – Lawyers in the kidnapping trial of the man who calls himself Clark Rockefeller are wrapping up their cases.
Jurors on Monday are scheduled to hear closing statements from prosecutors and defense attorneys and then begin deliberating.
Testimony ended last Thursday when a psychiatrist for the prosecution rebutted defense claims that Rockefeller, whose real name is Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter, is mentally ill.

Dr. James Chu said the defendant exaggerated symptoms of mental illness and knew what he was doing was wrong when he kidnapped his 7-year-old daughter in Boston last July.
Two mental health experts for the defense testified that Gerhartsreiter suffers from a delusional disorder and therefore is not responsible for his actions.
