GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Conference USA game between Alabama-Birmingham and East Carolina scheduled for Wednesday night has been postponed because of to travel disruptions caused by a recent winter storm.
The teams now will meet Monday night at Minges Coliseum in Greenville.
East Carolina next faces Tulane at home Saturday, when UAB travels to Tulsa.
