Nick Watney won The Barclays on Sunday and that victory helped him jump 16 spots to No. 19 in this week's world rankings.
Watney won his first FedExCup playoff event. That victory was his first of the year and fifth of his PGA Tour career.
The top five in the rankings was unchanged with Rory McIlroy again followed by Luke Donald, Tiger Woods, Lee Westwood and Webb Simpson.
Bubba Watson inched up one to sixth and despite taking the week off, Jason Dufner climbed a pair to seventh. Justin Rose held steady at No. 8 and was followed by Adam Scott, who tumbled three to ninth.
Americans Steve Stricker, Matt Kuchar and Keegan Bradley remained 10th through 12th, and Graeme McDowell was 13th again this week. Sergio Garcia shared third behind Watney and improved three spots to 14th.
Zach Johnson dipped one to 15, Dustin Johnson climbed three to 16, while Louis Oosthuizen was down a notch to 17 and Hunter Mahan fell three to 18th.
Brandt Snedeker was the runner-up behind Watney and he jumped nine spots to 20th, one behind Watney.
Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson both fell out of the top 20 this week.
