Chicago Bears Jay Cutler has led a game-winning drive for the second week in a row. After beating the Oakland Raiders in Week 3, Cutler helped the Bears move to 2-3 on the season by taking down the Kansas City Chiefs, 19-12, on Sunday.
The final play was nearly a disaster. Cutler bobbled the snap, regained control and connected with running back Matt Forte on the outside for a seven-yard touchdown pass to take the lead with 18 seconds remaining.

Cutler didn't have the most efficient game against the Chiefs with a 57.8 percent completion rate, but he was on point when it mattered most. His touchdown toss to Forte capped off an eight-play, 67-yard drive to win the game.
