Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Stephen Curry had 19 points and 11 assists and the Golden State Warriors matched the longest winning streak in franchise history with a 112-85 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night.

The Warriors have gone nearly a month without a loss, winning 11 in a row to match the team record set in 1971-72.

Klay Thompson led the way with 23 points while Harrison Barnes and Draymond Green each posted double-doubles.

Anthony Davis had 30 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Pelicans, who were coming off a win over Oklahoma City on Tuesday but have lost four of five.

Dante Cunningham scored two points in 12 minutes off the bench for New Orleans after being signed earlier in the day.

Cunningham played the past two seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves but was without a team since a domestic assault charge against him was dropped this summer.

Barnes had 17 points and 10 rebounds and Green scored 14 with 14 boards for the Warriors, who haven't lost since dropping back-to-back games on Nov. 9 and 11 to Phoenix and San Antonio.

Davis scored 11 points in the first quarter and the Pelicans led by as many as eight, but Golden State took the lead for good with a 12-0 run early in the second led by Leandro Barbosa and Marreese Speights.

"We just drifted," said Pelicans head coach Monty Williams. "We did not continue the team basketball that we had played last game and in the first quarter."

The Warriors stretched their advantage to 13 points on Green's layup in the final seconds of the first half and pushed it to 22 points midway through the third quarter.

"The defense and the intensity picked up big time," Kerr said. "That's a hard team to guard and they had it rolling early in the game ... the second group came in and really changed the game."

It was 80-66 going into the fourth and the Pelicans never got closer.

Curry provided a highlight late in the game with a steal, a behind-the-back dribble, then a behind-the-back pass to Thompson on the wing for a 3-pointer.

Curry raised his hand in the air before Thompson even released the ball and jumped up and down near the sideline in celebration when it went in.

The star point guard was named Western Conference Player of the Month on Tuesday for the second straight time. He also earned the final award last season.

The Warriors have won eight in a row in the series since New Orleans' last win on April 24, 2012.
