DUESSELDORF, Germany (AP) — The United States will face Argentina in the final of the World Team Cup after Bob and Mike Bryan won the decisive doubles match Friday for the Americans against the Czech Republic.

Sam Querrey had put the U.S. ahead Thursday by beating Jan Hajek, but Tomas Berdych evened the best-of-three series by beating John Isner 1-6, 6-1, 7-6 (4). The Bryan twins then rallied from a 5-2 deficit in the opening set for a 7-5, 7-5 victory over Berdych and Lukas Dlouhy.

Isner dominated the opening set against Berdych, but the Czech raised his game in the second. In the decider, Berdych wasted four break points in Isner's first two service games before taking the tiebreaker.

"I got off to a really good start and I actually continued it really early in the second," Isner said. "But he picked up his game, he picked his return of serve, obviously because he broke me three times in the second set. And then when we went to the third it was a real dogfight. ... Still, I played pretty well. I still like the way I'm playing heading into the French Open."

Argentina also won a decisive doubles match against France, with Juan Monaco and Horacio Zeballos outlasting Jeremy Chardy and Nicolas Mahut 7-5, 3-6, 10-8 in a champions tiebreaker.

The final is Saturday, with the U.S. bidding to win the title for a fifth time — but first since beating Germany in 1993. Argentina will be seeking its fourth title and the first since a win over the Czech Republic in 2007.
