D.C. United winger Nick DeLeon is expected to miss the next six weeks because of a hamstring problem, the club has announced.

DeLeon suffered the injury in the first half of United's 2-1 defeat to Columbus last weekend and had to be replaced by Kyle Porter midway through the opening half.

The 22-year-old tallied six goals and four assists in 28 games during his rookie campaign, and his absence is another blow to an already sputtering United attack which has managed to score only two goals in its first four games this season.
