UEFA has opened a disciplinary case against Croatia for the crowd disorder during Sunday's game at Italy, with the visiting fans accused of setting off fireworks and missiles as well as racism.
The referee ordered the players off the San Siro field at one stage of the European Championship qualifier, which ended 1-1 after being halted twice.
The Italian federation has also been charged after fireworks were set off in the ground.
UEFA's disciplinary body will deal with the cases on Dec. 11.
