Toronto G Bernier leaves game

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Jonathan Bernier left Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Kings with a lower-body injury.

Bernier started the game and allowed two goals on 10 shots in the first period, but wasn't on the ice for the second period as James Reimer took over, leading the team to a 3-2 victory.

Coming into the game, Bernier was 25-16-7 with one shutout and a 2.59 goals against average in 49 games.
