Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Jarvis Jones has a concussion.

Jones missed practice on Wednesday with what the team described as a head injury. Steelers PR man Burt Lauten announced Thursday that Jones was diagnosed with a concussion by team doctors on Wednesday evening.

Lauten added that Jones first alerted doctors of symptoms on Monday and that he has been tested and treated since then without practicing.

The Steelers face the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

If Jones can't play, Jason Worilds will take over the starting job at right outside linebacker.
