Steak n' Shake returns for another season of sponsorship for Graham Rahal

BROWNSBURG, Ind. – Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing said Thursday that Steak 'n Shake is back for a second season of sponsorship for Graham Rahal.

The restaurant chain will be the primary sponsor of Rahal's Honda at five IndyCar Series events, including races in St. Petersburg, two at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Mid-Ohio and Sonoma. Maxim Magazine branding will continue to be featured on the car. Both companies are owned by Biglari Holdings Inc.

Rahal was ranked a career-best second place entering the double-points race at Sonoma Raceway and had hopes for the championship. He ultimately finished 18th in the event and fourth overall in for the season.

Steak 'n Shake was primary sponsor for six races and added primary sponsorship late in the season to support Rahal's bid for a title.
