The Serbia Open has been dropped from the ATP World Tour calendar, as the event has failed to attract top players or major sponsors.
The event, which had been organized by Novak Djokovic's Family Sport, was staged last year without Djokovic or other top Serbian players. The tournament would have been held from April 29-May 5 this year.
Italian Andreas Seppi beat Frenchman Benoit Paire in last year's final in Belgrade. The world No. 1 Djokovic was a two-time champ at his hometown event.
