Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor made an immediate impact upon returning to the lineup after sitting out the first two games due to a contract holding.
Once Chancellor returned, the Seahawks won both games while turning in a pair of sparkling defensive efforts, albeit against a pair of struggling opponents. Seattle blanked the Chicago Bears in Week 3 and limited the Detroit Lions to just a field goal on offense in a 13-10 victory the following week.
However, both the defense and Chancellor wilted in Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss at Cincinnati, a game in which Seattle coughed up a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter.
Pro Football Focus graded Chancellor as the league's worst safety on Sunday, per the Seattle Times. Chancellor was target 11 times - the most among the Legion of Boom secondary - and allowed two touchdown receptions among nine completions for a league-high 102 yards surrendered.
