Lawyers for disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong say the Justice Department has joined a lawsuit against him. The lawsuit alleges the former Tour de France champion concealed his use of performance-enhancing drugs and defrauded his long-time sponsor, the U.S. Postal Service.
