(SportsNetwork.com) - Veteran running back Frank Gore is reportedly having second thoughts about signing with the Philadelphia Eagles.
On Sunday, Gore reportedly informed those around him that he planned to sign with Philadelphia when free agency begins on Tuesday.
But NFL.com reported Monday that Gore has "pulled out" of the pending deal with the Eagles and is considering signing with the Indianapolis Colts.
The Eagles are in the market for a starting running back with LeSean McCoy set to be traded to Buffalo on Tuesday.
Gore, who will turn 32 in May, has spent his entire 10-year career with the 49ers. The five-time Pro Bowler has accumulated 11,073 yard on the ground with 64 touchdowns in 148 career games.
Despite his age, Gore's production hasn't diminished. He appeared in all 16 games last season, rushing for 1,106 yards and four touchdowns on 255 carries. He's gone over 1,000 rushing yards in four straight seasons.
