Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Boston Celtics and restricted free agent Avery Bradley have reportedly agreed to terms.

The Boston Globe is reporting the deal is worth $32 million over four years.

The 23-year-old Bradley is coming off his best season as a professional, averaging 14.9 points and 3.8 rebounds -- both career highs -- in 60 games for the Celtics.

The Texas product was selected by Boston with the 19th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft and owns career averages of 9.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 205 games.

Bradley will join Rajon Rondo and first-round draft picks Marcus Smart and James Young in the backcourt.
