Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Already without the services of Niklas Kronwall due to suspension, the Detroit Red Wings will also have to win a Game 7 on the road without their most recent blueline acquisition.

On Wednesday, hours before the terminal game in their best-of-seven series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Red Wings revealed that defenseman Marek Zidlicky will not dress due to an upper-body injury reported to be concussion- like symptoms.

Zidlicky was acquired from the Devils at the trade deadline in early March, picked up 11 points (3G, 8A) in 21 regular-season appearances but had yet to record a point in six postseason contests.

To fill the roster spots, the Red Wings will dress rookie Alexey Marchenko and six-year pro Jakub Kindl.

Kindl totaled five goals and eight assists in 35 regular-season games but has yet to appear in this series. Marchenko had participated in two contests previously.

Detroit last won a Game 7 away from home in the Western quarterfinals two years back, in Anaheim.
