Rays starter Niemann leaves game

Toronto, ON – Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Jeff Niemann left Saturday's game against the Blue Jays with an unknown injury.

Niemann induced a fly out from Rajai Davis to start the bottom of the fourth inning, but departed in favor of J.P. Howell.

Niemann had been activated from the 60-day disabled list prior to the game.
