Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry was given a third consecutive game off to rest.
The Raptors said Lowry would sit out Wednesday night against Cleveland after missing games against New York and Philadelphia.
He has struggled, averaging just 11.6 points and 4.8 assists in five games since making his All-Star debut last month.
