Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Jose Ramirez's go-ahead single in the ninth inning lifted the Cleveland Indians to a 3-2 walkoff victory over the Houston Astros in the second of a three-game set on Saturday.
Tyler Holt singled off Jake Buchanan (1-3) to start the bottom of the ninth. Holt advanced to second on Roberto Perez's sacrifice bunt and Michael Bourn walked before both runners moved up a base on Buchanan's wild pitch.
Ramirez stroked a line drive just over the glove of third baseman Gregorio Petit down the left-field line to score the game-winning run.
Cody Allen (5-3) earned the win after striking out two in a scoreless ninth. Starter Danny Salazar allowed two runs -- one earned -- on three hits with seven strikeouts across six innings.
Michael Brantley and Bourn each drove in a run for the Indians, who lead the American League with 10 walkoff wins.
Jose Altuve drove in a run for the Astros, who had starter Collin McHugh give up two runs on eight hits over 5 1/3 frames.
