Heavy rain Saturday washed out qualifying Saturday in the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship's Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen, forcing officials to set the field by driver points.

Christian Fittipaldi will start from the pole Sunday in the No. 5 Mustang Sampling/Cider Tree Corvette DP co-driven by Joao Barbosa. They are tied for the Prototype points lead with the No. 90 VisitFlorida.com Racing Corvette DP team, but won the the tiebreaker by virtue of second-place finishes.

The No. 3 Corvette Racing Chevrolet Corvette C7.R shared by Jan Magnussen and Antonio Garcia will start from the GT Le Mans class pole with Magnussen in the car to begin the race.

In GT Daytona, Christopher Haase will start the No. 48 Castrol EDGE Audi R8 LMS, co-driven by Dion von Moltke and Bryce Miller, from the pole. The No. 54 Flex-Box ORECA FLM09 to be started by Jon Bennett and co-driven by Colin Braun and James Gue topped the Prototype Challenge lineup.
